Kuya Capital, a commercial real estate acquisitions company and recent start-up, needed a logo.
“Kuya” is a Pilipino word that means “big Brother”. Ethan (founder) spent a substantial amount of time in the Philippines doing mission work with kids and teens. Many of them referred to him as “Kuya”, and it was during this time overseas where his entrepreneurial interest was sparked.
The foundation of this mark is based on a triangle, which alludes to the flag of the Philippines. The overlapping lines signify partnership and strength.
